For 23 years Wendy Fund has dedicated herself to the real estate profession, first by representing Agents, Brokers and their clients as their Attorney in real estate related legal matters, and then by representing home Sellers and Buyers in the purchase and sale of residential real estate. 

In 1986, armed with her law degree and after having passed the California Bar examination, Ms. Fund opened the doors of her own law firm.  Over the years Ms. Fund tailored her practice to focus exclusively upon real estate related legal matters.  As she worked closely with real estate Agents and Brokers in resolving their legal issues, Ms. Fund obtained her California Broker's License in order to better understand the needs of her clients.  Delving further into the ever-complicated field of real estate, Ms. Fund earned her GRI designation, as a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.

Obtaining her Broker's License also opened the door for Ms. Fund to begin her second career as a Realtor representing Buyers and Sellers in real estate sales transactions.  Finding that her skills as a lawyer worked equally well in the real estate sales arena, Ms. Fund saw her real estate business take off.  Hence, the formation of Fund Realty, and Ms. Fund's dedication to serving home Buyers and Sellers with the same energy, hard work and fervor that she serves her legal clientele.

Having lived and worked in Orange County for over 40 years, Wendy Fund has extensive familiarity with the beautiful communities of Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, Rancho Santa Margarita, Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Beach, and surrounding South Orange County areas.
